The Lemonheads Add New Shows To Australian Tour – Spotlight Report

Following overwhelming demand, The Lemonheads have added new shows in Melbourne and Fremantle, and a venue upgrade in Sydney to accommodate more fans on their forthcoming Australian tour.
Handsome Tours and Double J are bringing The Lemonheads back to Australia this May for a special run of shows, celebrating two of the band’s most beloved albums, It’s a Shame About Ray (1992) and Come On Feel the Lemonheads (1993).
Evan Dando and his band will perform both records in full, revisiting the songs that defined an era and still hold their power today. This tour offers a rare chance to hear these albums from start to finish, performed on stage with the same honesty and melodic spark that made them iconic.
With classic tracks like Into Your Arms, Big Gay Heart, It’s About Time, and My Drug Buddy, these albums captured a moment in music history. Now, they’ll be played live in their entirety to sell-out crowds across the country.
Fans that have secured tickets to these shows will be among the first to get a taste of new music from the band, with limited copies of the forthcoming 12” single available at the merch desk throughout the tour.
Tickets for all remaining shows are moving fast – act quickly to avoid disappointment.
