Alpha Wolf has solidified their place as one of Australia’s most ferocious and boundary-pushing metalcore acts. Emerging from Tasmania’s underground scene, the band’s aggressive sound, raw lyricism, and blistering live performances have earned them a global following.

Backstage at Good Things Festival Sydney 2024, guitarist Sabian Lynch reflected on the band’s hunger for growth. While their set drew an electric crowd at one of the festival’s side stages, Lynch made it clear that Alpha Wolf has its sights set on even bigger platforms.

Lynch also delved into one of the most talked-about moments of Alpha Wolf ‘s career — their explosive collaboration with music legend Ice-T. The crossover track not only bridged the gap between metal and hip-hop but showcased Alpha Wolf’s willingness to break genre barriers.

With ambitions to take their sound — and their stage presence — to even greater heights, it’s clear Alpha Wolf is just getting started.
